Challenges:
One of the main challenges in this project was dealing with the highly volatile and real-time pricing of gold. To address this, I designed and implemented an intelligent multi-source gold pricing system, along with a market status monitoring and alert mechanism capable of identifying stable, bullish, bearish, or highly volatile market conditions.This system allowed the platform to automatically pause sales during extreme market fluctuations caused by events such as geopolitical conflicts, major news, or sudden market instability. In addition, I developed a smart price-freezing mechanism that locks the gold price at the exact moment of payment, then automatically calculates any price difference between checkout and payment completion, crediting or deducting the balance through the user's wallet when necessary.Beyond these core challenges, the project also included a multi-vendor marketplace panel, a super admin dashboard, a ticketing system, and the essential features required for a modern gold e-commerce platform.

During the TechVertu rebranding project, I was simultaneously involved in two major initiatives.The first was the complete rebranding and redesign of the website based on the SEO team's proposed structure while aligning with the company's new brand identity and positioning.The design needed to feel modern, distinctive, and intelligent while maintaining full compatibility with both light and dark themes. At the same time, it had to deliver a seamless responsive experience across all devices and screen sizes.Balancing branding, usability, and technical requirements throughout the process was both challenging and rewarding. Looking back, I believe Hadi—the project owner and my manager throughout this collaboration—was genuinely pleased with the final result.

Challenges:
Financial and payment applications have always been among my favorite product categories to design.In this space, users expect to access critical services and information as quickly and effortlessly as possible. A major part of my role in this project involved designing optimized user flows and creating a professional, intuitive interface that could simplify complex financial operations while maintaining speed and clarity.One of the most demanding challenges was integrating the payment and financial management platform with an intelligent POS device management system. Bringing these two ecosystems together required careful planning of user journeys, information architecture, and operational workflows to ensure a seamless experience for both end users and business operators.Every aspect of the product was designed in Figma with detailed specifications and interaction states, then handed over to the development team for implementation. ✓

Challenges:
Designing for home care and assistance services comes with a unique set of challenges.The primary audience for this platform consisted of elderly users and busy family members who often needed to arrange care services quickly and with minimal effort. As a result, the service booking process had to be as simple, intuitive, and frictionless as possible.One of the biggest challenges was balancing business requirements with user experience. The client required a significant amount of information to be collected during the booking process, which risked making the experience feel overwhelming and time-consuming for users. My role was to carefully structure the flow and information architecture in a way that gathered all necessary data while keeping the process clear and accessible.Another key challenge was designing two distinct booking journeys: one for users requesting services for themselves and another for those arranging care on behalf of an elderly family member. Creating a seamless experience for both scenarios required thoughtful user flow design, contextual forms, and a strong focus on usability.The final product successfully streamlined a complex service-request process while remaining accessible to a broad range of users with different needs and levels of digital familiarity.
